“ A pleasant Osteria, with a friendly owner and nice service. Because of an important holiday, the inviting white-washed dining room was sparsely occupied. You can order typical Mantua dishes - we tried the rice with sausage and the bigoli with a meat sauce (guanciale). While very tasty, the temperature of both dishes was too lukewarm. The horse stew was very savory, I would have like more of the delicious gravy on the meat to accompany the fried polenta. ”
